Working collaboratively with community members, community service agencies, municipalities, colleges, businesses and other partner organizations, community education provides programs and services designed to improve the quality of life in our community. Our focus is on supporting and strengthening community and family.

Michigan School Readiness Preschool (MSRP)

All WLACE Preschool Programs offer a curriculum that provides: Language Development, Literacy Development, Mathematics, Science, Creative Arts, Social and Emotional Development, and Physical Health & Development. In addition to the regular preschool curriculum, MSRP offers snack and transportation through district schools.

MSRP is a state funded program available at no cost to eligible families with children who will be 4 by December 1. State regulations require that all selections made must be based on the child's eligibility as determined by the child's application. Classes are offered Monday through Thursday with AM and PM sessions. WLACE coordinates MSRP for Whitehall and Montague. For more information contact WLACE at 231-893-0515.
